Manufacturers - Line Card We are constantly expanding our existing line card. If there is a particular manufacturer that you are interested in purchasing, please let us know. We are open to all your comments concerning any of our manufacturers.
Shipping Charges Your shipping / handling fee is determined by the parcel's weight and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We also offer express services through our main carriers. Large and or heavy items are shipped via our freight carriers and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Warranties & Repair All items sold by P.L.U.G. Inc. are warranted solely by the manufacturer / distributor. All items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer / distributor directly for service. P.L.U.G. Inc. is not liable if the manufacturer / distributor fails to perform warranty service. Payments We presently accept cash, check and Paypal. P.L.U.G. Inc. reserves the right to refuse certain payment options at any time. Returns In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to refuse shipment. Please contact P.L.U.G. Inc. immediately for replacement / reshipment. If shipment is signed for, all claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to P.L.U.G. Inc. within one (1) business day of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without a return authorization number. We will not be responsible for any items sent without a return authorization number.
All returns must be in original manufacturer’s packaging with the manufacturer’s materials. Opened merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. |
